The Law of Attraction: Changing Your Internal Dating Magnet2

By: Debra Berndt, Cht
Self-hypnosis uses the altered state or trance that relaxes the chatter mind, so that subconscious patterns can be reprogrammed in alignment with your conscious will. This experience is similar to watching television or listening to music. Affirmations are typically not effective because the critical mind is constantly rejecting new ideas. You can change subconscious programming by using self-hypnosis audio programs, or simply by focusing on positive ideas as you drift off to slumber every night. Listening to self-hypnosis programs daily for at least 30 days can reprogram your habitual thinking and change your internal magnet. Most clients who used my Attract the Love of Your Life CD met their man within 30-90 days. If you are ready for love, this is the easiest and fastest way to change those patterns.

Your life has been fueled by the quality of thoughts held in the subconscious. As you adjust inner programming, the things you want in life are naturally attracted to you. You will become irresistible to men, feel more confident in social settings and have a more relaxed, joyful presence. Change your internal magnet to thoughts of abundance, self-love and joy, and you will experience the world in a new way.

The Law of Attraction: Changing Your Internal Dating Magnet1

By Debra Berndt, Cht
The circumstances in your lives seem to happen by chance. You may blame your single status and dating bad luck on others and good experiences on random fate. The Law of Attraction states that your life experience is a direct result of your thinking. In order to change those ideas to attract the love you want, you must change the pattern of thought on the subconscious level. Understanding the power of the subconscious is the key to attracting the love of your life.

Imagine the conscious mind as a driver and the subconscious as a car. The driver of the car cannot go anywhere without the support of the engine, wheels and fuel. When a car breaks down, you look under the hood to see what needs to be fixed. If you want love but cannot seem to attract a good relationship, you should look within for a block in the subconscious. When you constantly arrive at an unplanned destination, it is like being asleep at the wheel as the subconscious operates on autopilot. The best way to stay in control of your dating life is to change the habitual thinking that led to your past pattern of bad relationships.

The subconscious is a giant database of all of your experiences and memories since conception. It holds the information on how to walk and talk, as well as beliefs that fire is hot and ice cream tastes good. This database contains all of your memories, habits, emotional responses, and opinions. All life events are neutral. You give meaning to the events that ultimately shape your experience. We formed basic beliefs early on that are reinforced throughout life. All humans have a unique blueprint in their subconscious. Just like a magnet, your individual blueprint attracts everything you experience, including every relationship.

As your mind begins to mature around eight years old, you form the critical mind to help filter out what you believe and do not believe. The critical mind serves as a gatekeeper between the conscious and subconscious mind. This is the chatterbox you hear all day long. These chattering thoughts judge and analyze your world, as it feeds past ideas from the subconscious up to your conscious mind. The gateway also prevents new ideas from entering the subconscious if they are incompatible with the established belief system.

Have you ever known a woman with low self-esteem when it comes to dating? She may be attractive and intelligent, but her subconscious may be running a program that she is not wanted. This false inner belief acts like a magnet, attracting suitors that reinforce that idea. She will be drawn to men that treat her poorly, and reject nicer men that pursue her. She may not realize why she repeats the same pattern, because it lies beneath her conscious awareness. She could have decided that she was not wanted when she was picked last on the kickball team in first grade or even as early as conception when the pregnancy was not planned. An emotional experience created the initial program, “I am not wanted,” and subsequent events reinforced the idea throughout her life. Unless she uncovers and alters this program, the same circumstances will be drawn to her in the future.

"How can we set goals, when we don’t really know what we want?"2

By: Ken Triat
If your serious about your success – wanting to make breakthroughs in your life then set your goals, involve those around you in your direction for life and bring them with you, build from their support and share with them the successes that you achieve with each milestone that your reach.

I sometimes think that knowledge and higher education can be overrated because life has shown me what I didn’t learn at school (but wish I had) has been of greater use in my wealth creation. I know many people who are very well educated wear the right school tie, mix in the best circles and know a lot about business or investments – but they haven’t built significant wealth, a business or even successful careers. To top it off some of them actually go so far as to write books, run courses and do presentations to tell others how to build wealth based on their education not experience of actually doing it. This is a real example of the spectator telling the sportsman how to play the game.

For any success in wealth creation there are fundamentals that must be achieved. Without any one of these fundamental not being achieved, then any success will be short lived. We have all seen business start grow and fold. The statistics show that nine out of ten business fold in the first year. Nine out of ten that pass the first year fail in the next two years and only five out of ten that remain will last for ten years. Many successful companies will fold while they seem to be ploughing ahead. What are the fundamentals I hear you asking? The three that I put at the top are as follows

1. There’s stuff you need to Know 2. There’s stuff you need to Believe 3. There’s stuff you have to Do

No single fundamental is higher than the other. They all hold equal weight

What makes the difference between people who become ultra-wealthy and people who never make the grade? First, ultra-wealthy people always start companies. At some point, working for other people is no longer letting them achieve the success they were destined for. Second, the ultra-rich always invest in shares and real estate as they provide the greatest returns and enable tax minimization or tax free income streams. The third point is there is no other investment like a balanced investment portfolio. Over time, despite ups and downs, it outperforms all other investments. Remember that "Financial Security" is the biggest health cure available to western society.

Together, with a little work, you are going to make yourself rich. Set your goals, remembering to use the law of attraction, manifest the goals, live the goals as if they were already there and when they are there, stop and enjoy them. Give gratitude that you have what you have and above all else give to others so that the abundance reaches out to all of mankind.

Advertising Law Cases In California

By Gibson Sebastian
Antitrust law in the United States and in California includes laws which prohibit altogether and regulate actions which can constitute, among other things, price fixing, monopolization, exclusionary practices, tying agreements, vertical restraints, group boycotts, and agreements among competitors to divide up markets geographically.
The purpose of this article is not to discuss either the laws in general or the governmental enforcement agencies which enforce the laws, but rather certain types of cases which offer opportunities to clients in California to use these laws to protect themselves against such practices by their competitors.
Private civil antitrust cases can be brought in both California state courts and in federal courts in California. Through such individual class actions, members of the general public can challenge some of the largest corporate entities whose actions might otherwise not be challenged by governmental agencies.
By taking such matters on contingency or on an hourly rate with a retainer, a client has the ability to obtain remedies and restitution for wrongs done to that individual or his or her business. When combined with class actions, the wrongs to the general public can also be addressed and larger remedies and damages can be sought.
As an example of the type of case which so far has not been addressed by governmental agencies, are the practices of owners of broadcast television networks in certain markets which, by their being allowed by the FCC to have more than one broadcast television network affiliate in a local market, are today accumulating pricing power and such a large share of both the broadcast air time and ratings as to border on what might well be considered by a jury to constitute both monopolization and price-fixing. When compared with other local markets in which single owners do not own more than one of the broadcast television affiliates in a local market, some of these markets in which there is this multiple ownership show definite signs of pricing in excess of what is seen in other local markets of a similar size.
In such a scenario, advertisers purchasing television spots in such a local market may pay up to two or three times what such an advertiser might have to pay for the same spot on the same prime time show on the same television network in another market where one owner does not own multiple affiliates. The reticence of advertisers to bring such antitrust actions may be in part caused by advertisers who fear that they will never be allowed to advertise on those stations again if they challenge the pricing actions of the network affiliates in court. Other advertisers who have paid too much for such advertising or been kept out of the advertising market on television by such prices, may have paid another more serious price - they may have been put out of business and may not realize that they have a case as well.
In securities-related antitrust law suit, or in other deceptive conduct antitrust cases on the other hand, most plaintiffs have no ongoing relationship with the defendant and there is not this reticence to bring such an action.
If you have a situation in which the anti-competitive practices of an entity are causing you or your business harm, or are favoring your competitors to your disadvantage, call the Law Offices of a anti trust lawyer today.
