How To Use The Law Of Attraction In Your Life

By: Antonio Thornton
The Law of Attraction can be summed up into two 3-word phrases: “Thoughts Become Things” and “Like Attract Like”. However the question is: “How do we use these concepts in our day to day lives.

How To Apply Like Attracts Like In Your Life:

Basically, The Law of Attraction states that whatever energy you put into the world, you will get back. We really need to take a quick peak at how this affects you before you can fully understand how you can use it. When you focus on what you want, you are sending an energy or a vibration out toward that desire. That desire will be returned to you with sufficient focus and effort.

Well, lets take a look at how this effects you personally. Most of you have a "big wish" that you have secretly tucked away under your hat. You wish you had a million dollars, you wish you had a fancy sports car, you wish you had love, etc.

First, You must realize your wish is attainable, with sufficient desire and effort... YES! I said effort! Didn't your mother ever tell you that you can't get something for nothing? ;) Well, that happens to be particularly true when it comes to the Laws of Attraction. If you don't think you can get it, YOU WON'T!

Second, You must see what you want and really know what goal you are going for. You can't say "I want to be a millionaire" and just expect it to happen. (Although, it sure would be nice.) What you should do is say "I want to make $100,000,000 by the year 2015". Know what you want, be specific.

Next, know what kind of energy you are putting into the world. Don't just send yourself out there blindly going from place to place. Henry Ford once said, "Whether You Think You Can or Can't Do, You're Right." Your thoughts are your reality. Change the way you think about something and you will see a difference in the way the universe reacts to you. I have personally seen this in my life. If it is one of my off days and I am not particularly in the mood to be around people, I will notice that they don't particularly want to be around me, either. I also have noticed when I am accepting of people and I really want people around me, they appear out of no where. It is really a matter of perception and the way you think that can create the real change.

We need to look at some other points, too. Forward march! Next, You need to work to get that goal. I keep saying that don't I! :) But you know what? It is so true. You have heard about Jim Carrey and the Million Dollar Check, right? (Quickly, for anyone who hasn't - Jim wrote a check to himself for $1,000,000. He made a solemn vow that someday that would be his pay check.) He created a goal, worked toward it and achieved it. Through his acting ability and comedy routine, he was able to create a following that made him wildly popular. He attracted contacts that started to net him millions of dollars per movie, instead of just $1,000,000.

I’ve had a passion for helping others reach their potential every since I could remember. They called me “The Professor” in elementary school because I was the kid who broke up fights, helped people with their homework and helped the teacher clean up after class. Yes! I was a nerd…and proud of it! please Read this The Law of Attraction

Lemon Law Lawyer Could Be Useful

By: Charles Essmeier
Since the first lemon law was passed in 1982, all fifty states have enacted some form of consumer protection for owners of defective automobiles. The laws vary greatly from state to state, but the premise is the same - people who buy new, defective vehicles are entitled to receive a replacement or a refund. This works well on paper, but in practice, the process can be rather time consuming and complicated. Some states have rather straightforward requirements for which vehicles qualify; others are far more complicated. Some states allow the owner to sue the manufacturer directly; others require that the owner submit to manufacturer or state sponsored arbitration procedures first.

Since lemon law claims are complicated and are not the sort of thing that most consumers handle more than once, there is some advantage to hiring an attorney to help. In many cases, hiring a lawyer isn't necessary, as the system was designed to let the consumer handle the case without legal assistance. But there are many unexpected circumstances that can turn up in these cases, and most people could benefit from the help of an experienced attorney.

Here are some examples of how an attorney can help:

Speed up the process - Manufacturers are notorious for finding excuses not to pay on a claim. They may be more likely to be cooperative if the consumer has hired legal representation, especially if you have hired one with a proven record of success in lemon law cases.

Arbitration help - Arbitration programs tend to favor the manufacturer. They fund the programs, and many arbitrators are on their payroll, given them ample reason to rule against the consumer. While most states do not regard arbitration decisions as binding, many consumers who handle the cases themselves give up after losing an arbitration decision. The presence of an attorney can help.

Advice in a poor case - Some states require the consumer to pay the manufacturer's legal costs in the event that the consumer should lose his or her case. These costs can run into the tens of thousands of dollars. If your case is a weak one, an experienced lawyer could save you this money by letting you know ahead of time that you shouldn't pursue it in court.

In most states, consumers who win their cases are entitled to compensation for attorney's fees. That being the case, there is a strong argument for at least discussing your defective automobile with a lawyer before you seek a refund or replacement for your defective vehicle.

New REACH Law Takes Effect in the EU

By: Paul Penders
In June 2007, the controversial new REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals) law came into effect in the European Union. Taking seven years and 1,000 pages to pass, REACH is the most complex law in EU history.

Aiming to protect consumers and the environment from harmful and unsafe chemicals, the law requires manufacturers to ensure that over 30,000 chemicals have been tested and reviewed by the newly created European Chemicals Agency (EChA). For 1,500 high risk substances, manufacturers will have to prove "adequate control." The EChA will ban ingredients posing a significant threat and ensure that cosmetic and other companies use alternatives.

The law also advocates using alternatives to animal testing, so that data on toxicity to humans is obtained using means other than experiments on vertebrate animals. Since the passage of REACH, L'Oreal has announced that it will conduct safety tests on human skin cells and tissue from animals slaughtered for food, rather than live animals, to collect the new information required by the law.

REACH replaces 40 separate chemicals laws in the EU. It also extends prior cosmetics laws that were based upon risk assessment and responds to ongoing calls from the scientific community for bans on confirmed and likely carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic substances in cosmetic products.

Although there was little existing safety information on 99% of the man thousands of chemicals developed in the EU before 1981, the EU had banned several dangerous chemicals that remain legal in the United States, including phthalates in cosmetics.

REACH is expected to put more pressure on law makers in the United States to impose tougher controls on the usage of toxic chemicals, since under the country’s Toxic Substances Control Act, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has little legal authority to ban or restrict chemicals in use before 1976 because it must first prove they pose "an unreasonable risk." It should be noted, however, that there are several shortcomings to the new European law. First, manufacturers have 11 years to register product ingredients, leaving more than a decade until all the ingredients in cosmetics products will be fully disclosed. Also, if a product was manufactured outside the EU and imported, it is not regulated under REACH.
