How often have you heard yourself say that you wanted to do something, but your actions led you in another direction? So often we dream about things that we would like to do or be, but we never actually start doing or being that thing. While it is great to have an intention about what we want, the secret to attracting these things into your life is to take action. Action lets the universe know that you are ready to receive. If you want to be less stressed, more patient, easier to get along with, or healthier, then practice being that way. You become what you practice.
The old adage is true: "Practice makes perfect." Yet we seem to keep practicing what we don't want in our lives. We say that we want to become less stressed, but we keep doing things that contribute to our stress level. We say that we want to lead a more fulfilling life, but we continue to practice being unfulfilled by doing things that leave us empty and drained. We say that we want to be healthier but practice being unhealthy by continuing to eat poorly and exercising little.
Becoming what you want most takes consciously putting our attention on the things we want to see more of and that takes practice. By practicing consistently, the habits we wish to form in our lives become second nature. Ask any professional athlete how they made it to the pros and they will tell you that intensive practice was a huge part of the equation. They had to practice being what they are now.
Practice is not only important when it comes to behaviors and habits such as being healthy, less stressed, or patient, but it is just as important when it comes to our life goals for career, family, relationships, and finances. If your goal is to land a certain position in the company that you work for, practice for it. Start by seeing the company from the point of view of someone already in that position. Practice looking the part and acting the part. In doing so, you not only prepare yourself for the position, but you also enable others to envision you there. Once other people, particularly decision-makers, can envision you in the position, you are more than halfway to achieving your goal.
The same principle holds true in relationships. Being in a strong, loving, and mutually beneficial relationship takes practice. By practicing the habits you want to manifest in a relationship, you build the one that you want. If you want to receive love, then practice giving love. If you want to have more fun, then practice being a fun person. If you don't want to bicker, then practice not needing to be right all the time. If you want romance, then practice being romantic. If you want to attract people into your life with these qualities, then practice these qualities in your own life. The people you attract to your life are a reflection of you and the habits you practice most.
The person that you are right now is a reflection of what you practice most. You are constantly attracting these things into your life. When you look in the mirror, what does your reflection say about the habits you practice? Do you reflect kindness? Hard work? Anger? Prosperity? Love? Patience? Acknowledge the good habits you have established and want to continue to practice. Take the time to acknowledge that you made the decision to create a fabulous life and you are taking deliberate action to attract that life to you. You truly are amazing!

US Tax Law And Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
By Steven Jackson
Health care coverage as we have been use to is becoming obsolete. You should consider Health Savings Accounts as an alternate to traditional health care coverage.
As a result, employers are looking to their employees to take more responsibility for how they use their healthcare.
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) are being offered as an affordable solution. HSA's have some very friendly tax advantages. Qualified contributions are tax deductible and the qualified withdrawals are tax free. At the same time, they force the taxpayer to be more responsible about how they spend their healthcare dollars.
Ok so can everyone own an HSA? The answer is no. The most important limitation is that individuals must be covered by a qualifying high deductible health plan, also know as HDHP. Once a taxpayer opens an HAS and the fund has a balance, the taxpayer may use it for qualified medical expenses regardless whether the taxpayer remains qualified to make contributions.
Not everyone can open an HSA. The most important limitation is that individuals must be covered under a qualifying "high-deductible" health insurance plan (HDHP) to open an HSA and make contributions to it. Once an HSA has a balance, however, it may be used for qualified medical expenses regardless of whether the individual participant remains qualified to make contributions.
In addition to requiring participation in a high-deductible medical plan, individuals contributing to an HSA also cannot have any disqualifying coverage. The first of each month, month to month wi how coverage is determined for this purpose. This feature allows an individual the flexibility even within a single tax year to be qualified to make contributions in any or all months.
If you are enrolled in Medicare Part A or Part B, then you are not elgible to participate in an HSA. Medicare Part A and Part B are forms of disqualifying coverage. However, if the taxpayer is eligible for Medicare but has not yet enrolled, he or she is still eligible to make contributions.
Additionally, the taxpayer cannot have received any medical benefits from the Veterans Administration for the preceding three months. Furthermore, active and retired members of the military cannot make HSA contributions if they receive benefits under TRICARE, because it does not meet the minimum annual deductible requirement for an HDHP.
I have tried to give a brief overview of HAS accounts in this article. I hope this article has given you some ideas, and I encourage everyone to further research the advantages and limitations of HSA accounts. If you properly manage your healthcare, you can really realize substantial savings.

Spam and the Law: 10 Things You Can Do to Stay Out of Trouble
By Chonticha Marijne
Are you going global in your home based business? Opportunity knocked and you responded, but now you're wondering about some new problems rearing their potentially ugly heads. Take spam laws, for instance. You have legitimate intentions, but how do you remain legal and legit?
Everybody hates spam. You really don't want your hosting service provider to discontinue your website because they received spamming complaints, much less get into trouble with the trade commissions. But the structure of your business requires you to rely on a certain percentage of "hits" in response to your emails. What to do to stay in touch... all over the world?
In Europe and the UK, an EU "opt-in" directive is now in place and being upheld for international Internet marketers. Those who send commercial emails and mobile SMS messages without permission can now be fined thousands of dollars.
Countering the EU antispam legislation is the "CAN-SPAM Act," passed in the United States in 2003. In case you're wondering, the anagram stands for Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing Act of 2003. Known as the "opt-out" directive, this little number allows virtual spamming by placing the responsibility on the recipient to opt-out by replying to unsolicited commercial emails with a message to unsubscribe.
Yes, you read that right. Spamming is by no means illegal, provided you play by the rules. But the advice is to watch it, especially if you are in the business of global marketing via the Internet. Theoretically, U.S. citizens who break EU and UK antispam laws may be extradited, heavily fined and tried. And the possible prison penalties that came in the wake of the new Act in the U.S. aren't anything to thumb your nose at either.
Take heed, global marketers, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 is only the prelude. You don't have to be an expert to predict that regulation for unsolicited email will continue to grow in future. So you should build your opt-in lists while you can, and as fast as possible, but do see it as your duty to use your lists responsibly, as your trusting subscribers so rightly deserve.
Now let's take a look at what you, a legitimate non-spamming Internet marketer, can do to stay out of trouble as you continue to grow your mailing list:
1. Use only email addresses that you obtained legitimately.
2. Consider using double opt-in lists.
3. If you want to play it completely safe, avoid purchasing leads altogether.
4. Keep any records that you have of your opt-in subscribers as proof (name, email address, IP address, date & time stamp etc.).
5. Never use anonymous remailers.
6. Clearly label your email as being a commercial message that "may contain advertising or solicitation".
7. Never use misleading subject lines.
8. Always provide a real reply-to email address.
9. Always provide a postal address (a PO Box is always a good idea - you really don't want to go public with your home address).
10. Always provide a working unsubscribe option.
This is by no means legal advice or intended as such -- only your personal lawyer can provide you with that. Take notice of the above tips, think before you press "Send" and you will have a good chance of being left alone to do your thing by the spam police.
May you continue to have a smooth ride on the information superhighway and may your journey be a safe, enjoyable and fruitful one!

0 Interest Credit Cards and the Law
By Robert Alan
There are two types of people who might consider applying for 0 interest credit cards. The first is the person who is desperate to get a low interest rate on a credit card and won’t bother to read the fine print before making an application. The second is the wary consumer who believes that 0 interest cards must come with a catch and so holds off on applying for them even though the absence of interest on debt would be nice. Both of these types of consumers can benefit greatly by understanding credit card laws and how they impact 0 interest credit card lenders.
Credit Card Laws
What many consumers don’t realize is that there is a whole system of laws which control the lending practices of credit card companies. The goal of these laws is to protect credit card consumers. However, credit card companies have found ways to make it so that consumers don’t necessarily know these laws. For example, it is a requirement by law that credit card companies offering 0 interest cards must reveal to you what the interest rate is going to be after the introductory zero interest period runs out. However, credit card companies have the right to insert that information into lengthy pamphlets with a lot of other details in them so it’s only the smart credit card consumer who benefits from knowing this law.
The Importance of Interest Rates
The reason that everyone wants 0 interest credit cards is because anytime that you pay interest, you’re essentially giving a company money just for them allowing you to have a debt. As you can see, interest rates are very important then. The higher the interest rate is, the more money that you’re paying to a lender for basically no reason at all. The smart credit card shopper is not only going to try to get a 0 interest credit card but is going to try to get one that’s going to remain 0 interest for a long time.
How To Take Advantage of the Law
The best way that a 0 interest credit card user can take advantage of the law is to be aware of the disclosures that are required by the government. Those disclosures are there to protect you as a consumer by providing you with the information that you need to make informed choices about applying for and using your credit cards. In the case of the law discussed above, it’s important for the consumer to read the fine print in applying for 0 interest cards. That fine print details the length of the zero interest period as well as what the interest will be after that period is over. It also reveals important information about fees that are associated with things like missed payments on 0 interest cards.
A Note About Online Applications
It’s easy to see the fine print when a pamphlet is sent to you in the mail. However, many people complete their applications online. Before hitting "I Agree" on any online application for 0 interest credit cards, make sure that you’ve read and understand what you’re agreeing to. Those laws are there for a reason but they only work for people who opt to protect themselves by learning what the law does to help them.
