Handling One of Those Days Through the Law of Attraction

By: Beth McCain
So you're just living your wonderful Law of Attraction life and…bingo! You start to have one of those days. You can't even imagine that you created such a day for yourself but here it is, staring you in the face. The kids are sick, the dog just threw up on the carpet, and your boss is calling you every five minutes to find out when are you going to be there. Here are a few tips on how to handle one of those days the Law of Attraction way.

Don't be too hard on yourself. When a day comes where you simply can't fathom that you had anything to do with attracting, relax and don't blame yourself. Somewhere along the line some thoughts and emotions of yours created this particular day, but by just recognizing that, you can change your future days. The key is how you handle this one. Pamper yourself. Listen to some music that will put you in a better emotional space, or find yourself a treat and just spoil yourself.

Ride the rest of the day with balance. If you can't get happy, just ride out the day. Stay in a zone where you can remain as serene as possible. When something seemingly bad happens, don't react. Does this mean you have to be an unemotional stone? No, just don't react to your day. Stay as centered as possible and let it all roll off your back.

Grab a small notebook and write a thankful log. Find things to be thankful for. This will raise up your vibrations and help you pull out of your hard day. Write down each thankful thought you have. It can be as simple as that you had enough milk for the cereal that morning. Find anything to be thankful for and you will see that there is good in your day.

Change the outcome. When you have unwanted experiences over and over again in the same day, and you would love to change them, then change them. Revisit the experiences in your mind and change them into how you would have wanted them to have turned out. This will help the Universe to realize that you are changing all the 'hard' in your days and will imagine them better. The Universe will pick up on this and your future days will be 'hard' free.

Find little signs from the Universe that, even though you are having a tough day, prove the Universe is still working on your desires. Signs and indicators are a great way to know that you are not alone. The Universe is there to provide all that you desire as long as you focus on what it is that you want. The Universe will provide what you focus on, even if it is a 'don't want' but it is always there to give you what you focus on. Do your best to start your day over again if it seems to be starting out rough. You can start your day over and over again throughout a day. You can always have a great day if you make the conscious effort to have a wonderful day.

And if you just can't seem to pick yourself up, float. Instead of swimming against the current just stop swimming and float into a space that you are comfortable with; a place where your desires await you. Just relax and let go, because as you know tomorrow is another day to create and the Law of Attraction will always help you out with creation.

Concentrate on the good days versus your hard days, and you will soon notice many more good days. And your hard days will disappear through Law of Attraction application.

Britney Spears and the Law of Attraction

By: Lee McCain
Britney Spears. Oh the tongue-wagging that goes on in supermarket checkout lines these days as moms across America breathe a collective sigh, thankful (with the possible exception of the fame and the money) that Miss Spears is somebody else's problem. Thankful that their daughters, while troublesome in their own right, haven't reached the melting point of a Spears kid. (Little sister Jamie Lynn, 16, is reportedly expecting another little Spears.)

Aren't we just full of ourselves; such great parents are we!

And didn't you just love it when Momma Spears got her parenting book unceremoniously yanked from publication? Oh, the irony.

The most ironic thing, however, has absolutely nothing to do with the Spears family and what we perceive to be (actually, judge) their shortcomings. As a society, we are collectively making sport of their pain and are gleefully judging each failing move they make in order to validate and overlook our own mistake-filled worlds. This is classic Law of Attraction, but not in a good way.

Britney can be forgiven. She is a child who has grown up in a spotlight of cruelty, as everyone from the media, bus drivers, foreign governments, and fast food workers have "scornfully" weighed in on every negative stumble she has taken, impatient for the next chapter. It's all nothing more than a heaping Roman helping of bread and circuses to them; to Britney Spears, it is her life.

So who or what is a Britney Spears? She is, like any of us, a product of all that surrounds her. She is human, and she is hurting. She is immature and foolish sometimes, and her demons are worn upon her sleeve for all to see. This makes her more honest than most. She tries, but without a level support system, she oftentimes fails. (That's the part we like; it makes us feel so much better about ourselves!)

Britney Spears, besides fighting a hostile media and disingenuousness all around her, is also fighting a terrible disease. Whether she wins the fight, or is too tired to fight any longer, she remains in the boxing ring of alcoholism and drug abuse. I don't think she even tries to hide it anymore.

We would look at her (judge her) in an entirely different light were she afflicted with cancer or leukemia; you know, an approvable disease. But no matter how much the medical field classifies substance abuse as a disease, it is still looked down upon and only becomes a disease when it is our own, or someone's we care about.

So what is the answer, both for Britney as well as for us? Because to suggest the insatiable thirst of enjoying ringside seats with the downfall of the Spears family as the main event as anything but a two-way street is completely dishonest. We need Britney to fall, just as much as she needs us to take her by the hand and help her off the ground. Left to its own devices, this scenario has just one end, and look no farther than Anna Nicole Smith or Elvis if you want to know what that is. Then, when that happens, we'll all enjoy 24-hour news cycle coverage as we again cluck our tongues and judge some more.

There is another alternative, however. And it will salve both sides of this sick fence.

The Law of Attraction promises that whatever we desire, as long as the feelings and thoughts are directed and true, that the Universe will provide us with whatever we want.

We have all wanted what we have gotten with the ongoing Spears train wreck, and this is true on both sides. We have attracted this, and so has Britney, her sister, their mother, all of the boyfriends, and all of the hangers-on who have profited from their misery. We have all been excellent attractors, and continue to do so as the game gets ratcheted up to the point that the next stop will be the Los Angeles County Coroners Office. How many have thought when Britney has permanently left the stage, Jamie Lynn Spears is waiting in the wings to assume the starring role. Haven't we all had enough of this?

We deserve better of ourselves, and those two wonderful girls and their families deserve better, too. Let's stop this now. We collectively created it; can we not turn it around and each enjoy life as it is meant to be enjoyed?

It's not too late, and if by providence the Spears sisters read this article, please, girls, take your power back and refuse to be a part of this putrid pantomime and live! Live your lives and focus on your wonderful babies, your most beautiful creations ever. Use what the Universe gave you and live the Law of Attraction in a positive way. You've already proven how talented you are when it comes to manifesting the Law of Attraction; now it's time to use it positively and reclaim your lives.

We can also want this for them, can't we? We can want and think and feel the thoughts that will help them manifest this wonderful gift. Can't we do that for them? And if not for them, can't we wish it for their children?

The Law of Attraction is everyone's gift from the Universe, and it is no less a gift for the girls who seemingly already have everything. The Law of Attraction is for Britney, too.

The Property Law That Will Affect Your House Sale

Buying a house was never really designed to be a fun process. Any enjoyment you get from it will probably come from looking at different properties and picking where you want to live for the next few years.

After you have found your perfect home, it's time for property law to swing into action. The process of getting the purchase legally completed is called conveyancing, and it can be pretty complicated.

You could do it yourself in theory. But most people just hire someone to do it for them, either a solicitor or a licensed conveyancer. Here's a handy property guide into the whole process, how to pick the right person who understands property law, and how it will affect you.

Picking the right legal representative is essential to making your house purchase as smooth a process as possible. If you already have a solicitor you know and trust, ask if their firm does conveyancing, or if they can recommend someone.

Solicitors are regulated by the Law Society and covered by a hefty indemnity insurance policy, in case they make a mistake that leaves you out of pocket. That's the upside – the downside is that they may see property law as boring work. It's certainly not as exciting as some other types of law. Some solicitors use conveyancing to keep a good cash flow in the business, but don't place a high priority on it.

If you want a guaranteed expert, then turn to a licensed conveyancer. These people are not fully qualified solicitors, but they have studied and understand property law and the process of buying and selling a house. All they do day in day out is house transactions. And that means they could be more focused than a general firm of solicitors… although if any legal problems outside of the purchase process crop up, they will have to refer you to a solicitor for help.

Conveyancers also tend to charge a little less. Fees from some firms can be as low as a couple of hundred pounds, whereas solicitors tend to charge a bit more. If you want the biggest bargain you can get and you're not bothered about seeing someone in person, there are now internet conveyancing firms.

Don't forget that there are extra charges on top of their fees. These typically include search charges, a land registry fee and any stamp duty on the property.

So once you've picked the right person to guide you through the maze of property law, and you've had an offer accepted on a property, the process begins.

Your legal representative will look over the draft contract drawn up by the seller's solicitor. It will state the particulars and conditions of the sale. They will also make a series of enquiries related to issues such as boundary disputes, restrictive covenants and rights of way on the property.

The seller will be sent a property information form to fill out. This should tally with what you think you're buying, including fixtures and fittings.

And of course your solicitor or conveyancer will obtain the title deed and land registry certificate, and do the relevant local searches. They will also check the seller does actually own the property and isn't bankrupt!

Once this has been finished you will be advised to sign the draft contract, exchange it, and arrange for completion (usually the day you move house).

There's a lot to be across. And while you could do it yourself to save a few quid, there's a lot of property law to navigate, and you might be better off hiring an expert to do it for you.

Disobeying natural law

By: Mohammed Walji
Freedom is a Western concept. Freedom of expression, association, economic choice, and freedom from arbitrary rule and violence is essential. Part of the greatness of civilization is the containment of uncivilized behavior and instincts. Culture, guilt, shame, quality, expectations – all these and more play decisive roles in shaping behavior. Natural law, which few discuss and fewer know about, is a key basis for Western civilization. Yet the media; the elite; the educational experts [an ironic oxymoron there]; and even the church and most parents have no idea what this important concept means. Hence the rise of everything from gay sex in public, to Britney Spears kissing Madonna on stage, to the decline of real ‘Conservatism’ in public affairs. Ignoring natural law and high standards leads to social degeneration.

What is natural law and why should anyone care? Natural law is the application of reality and common sense to our world. In short the reality of our existence gives us a framework or set of rules to live by. Contravening or breaking that reality or its rules will cause problems. Reality is not something that social engineers; toothy politicians; rich entertainers; or cultish freaks can bend to their will, any more than a human can reverse the incoming oceanic tides. Natural law is not an abstract metaphysical discussion – it is rooted in the here and now.

Why should you care? You should care if you believe in civilization; higher culture; intelligence and strong families. You should care if you are tired of a political system that glorifies degenerate and obscene behavior. You should care if you are worried about the ill-effects of runaway feminism; gay rights; Islamic intolerance; broken families; and rising crime rates – all funded by tax dollars. You should care if you recognize that these issues and many others are manifestations of ‘systemic’ failure. To put it more simply you should care if the disturbing social trends we see around us, mean that natural law premised upon common sense is in decline.

Natural law is not a concept of irrationality. It is made up of three key ideas that have helped Western civilization develop. First there are rational laws to explain the makeup of the universe. Second morality and ethics should reflect the make up of these laws. Third the creation and maintenance of society should reflect natural and moral law.

The idea that the universe operated in a rational ‘lawful’ fashion comes from the Greeks. The ancient Greek’s believed that the universe was governed by eternal and unchangeable laws. Since this universe was natural and rational society should reflect these natural laws. Since humans are endowed with reason they could discover and obey these natural laws that managed reality. For the Greeks, since humans could use logic in their lives they could ‘follow nature’. The most admired and detailed philosophers in the ancient Greek world of the above ideas were the ‘Stoics’, whose approach to living and developing society gave rise to ‘Stoicism’ which greatly influenced Roman and later Western European thought.

The Christian philosophers of the middle ages took the ‘Stoic’ idea of natural law and built on it. The greatest of these thinkers was the 13th century theologian Thomas Aquinas. For Aquinas natural law is part of the eternal law of God [‘the reason of divine wisdom’]. Humans can understand God’s natural law through reason to create a society of ‘positive laws’. Human [or positive law], is the application of natural law to particular social circumstances. It sounds complicated but the framework is pretty simple to understand. Like the Stoics, Aquinas believed that a positive law which violates a natural law is not true law – but a human lie that would create societal problems.

Aquinas’ ideas were enhanced by thinkers during the Western Enlightenment. The 17th-century Dutch legal theorist Grotius believed that humans by nature are not only rational and sane, but social. He felt that humans would only develop rules that were intelligent and ‘natural’, not ones that were counterproductive and unnatural. By so doing humans can regulate interaction and live in relative harmony with one another. From this argument, Grotius developed the first comprehensive theory of international law.

From Grotius’ ideas it was but a short step to the idea of a ‘natural right’. The 17th century political scientist John Locke argued that human beings in the state of nature are free but usually quite unequal, leading to a tyranny by the few over the many. When a human enters society he should only surrender those rights which are necessary for his own security and to help provide harmony for the common good [Grotius’ idea]. According to Locke a man’s natural rights should never be given up and these would include; private property rights; the right to safety from terror or force; and the right of self-determination. Locke’s ideas on natural rights theory provided a philosophical basis for both the American and French revolutions. Thomas Jefferson used the natural law theory to justify his trinity of ‘inalienable rights’ [life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness], which were stated in the United States Declaration of Independence.

With the rise of ‘post-modern’ theory and moral relativity the certitude of Locke, Grotius, Aquinas, St. Augustine, the Stoics, Seneca and others has fallen into disrepute. How is this relevant in our world? The American Declaration of Independence is correct – life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness should be the natural right of any man or woman. Yet this does not mean that the US founding fathers were advocating hedonism. Quite the contrary.

Natural rights to property, person, and self-determination mean: a limitation on government and what they can steal; security and social peace; strong families to nurture culture; a reduction in social pathology, deviancy, crime and anti-social behavior; and lastly a respect for culture mores and institutions that generate the above and lead to high culture and cultural flowering.

None of those ideals are a part of the social-political discussion today in any real sense. Gays and feminists unrelentingly attack the family. Private property theft now approaches 50% of earned income. Living standards have doubled in the past 50 years but so has crime. Brutally pathetic low cultures have formed entrapping whites, blacks, other minorities and the insecure, uncaring or lazy. Anti-social behavior from clothing to Islamic intolerance should now not only be tolerated but protected. All of these destroy natural rights, and all are funded and supported in part by governments; politicians and their associated power bases of lobby and money support.

History never exactly repeats itself, but perhaps brilliant minds before our age have a thing or two to teach us about what makes a society rich in the spiritual, intellectual and material worlds we inhabit. Repeating past mistakes and ignoring natural law indicates a certain type of collective social insanity has achieved power. It is just remarkably sad how Jefferson’s trinity, and the moral precepts of men like Aquinas, Locke and Grotius are submerged in the immoral post modern relativity which passes for intelligent political discourse.

Law of Attraction: An Easy Way To Change Your Negative Vibration Into A Positive One

Author: Janeen Clark

The basis of the Law of Attraction is that you attract things and circumstances that are operating at the same vibrational level that your thoughts are.

The higher that you keep your mental vibration, the better things you can bring to yourself that are also at that higher vibrational level. For instance, when you are start out having a really great day - things just seem to fall into place and keep getting better. However, it works the opposite way as well. When you are having a bad day and are vibrating at a lower level, one bad thing after another seems to occur.

So obviously the trick is to do everything in your power to stay at a higher vibrational level. Sounds easy enough, but as you know, sometimes hard to put into practice in everyday life. It sounds great to have someone tell you just think positive but how do you do that after you have just a disagreement with a spouse, child, co-worker, bill collector or whatever the case may be?

The answer is mental distraction and this is where great technology can come in. You have probably experienced in the past that sometimes you just cant get a bad mood out of your system on your own. While I personally love meditation, I also know it is sometimes very difficult to quiet your mind enough after a confrontation to reap the benefits of the practice.

This is where places like YouTube can offer a fun and easy fix. There are so many entertaining, funny and inspiring videos that you can obtain in as little as 5 minutes that can give you the distraction that you need, if even for just a few moments.

For instance, did you know that you can find all 4 Rocky workout montage scenes on YouTube? I dont know about you, but I find I cant help but feel inspired every time I watch those scenes in any of the movies. If you find yourself in a place where you just cant seem to get the energy up to accomplish what lies before you on a certain day, I highly recommend you watch 2 or 3 of these clips to get the flow of inspiration. It takes as little as 3 minutes each to watch each clip, but the feeling can stay with you all day long.

How about laughter? I have two clips in my YouTube favorites category that make me laugh every single time I watch them. One is from the old Carol Burnett Show where Tim Conway goes off on a tangent about Siamese elephants just to make his costars laugh. It is called Tim Conway Elephant Story. If you type it in the YouTube search box, it will bring it right up. (Or you can go to my website for a direct link.) The last few seconds with Vicki Lawrence are priceless. The second is a hysterical laughing baby titled Hahaha. I find that watching either one of these clips changes my mood instantly. Maybe someday I will get bored of them and will have to look for more favorites, but I can promise you it wont be anytime soon.

How about an inspirational ending of one of your favorite movies? I have the endings of Flashdance, Dirty Dancing, Footloose, Grease, a clip from FAME and many others I just enjoy tuning into for a quick feel-good boost. (I know I know they are all chick flicks - but heh it works for me!)

Favorite upbeat song? It is on YouTube. Favorite old commercial? Chances are it is there too.

Want inspiration? Watch the last 5 minutes of the Shawshank Redemption (titled The Shawshank Redemption - Final Scene - Movie Ending ), or the last ten minutes of its a Wonderful Life (under It's A Wonderful Life Ending). I cry with happy tears every time.

I even found the opening segments of some of my favorite childhood shows that bring a touch of nostalgia. They have the opening song for H.R. Pufinstuf, Sigmund and The Sea Monsters, The Land of the Lost and all the other corny Saturday morning shows I used to watch growing up. You try and stay in a bad mood while the song H.R. Pufinstuf keeps playing through your head.

Looking for a spiritual boost? The Secret has a great Video out titled The Secret Riches Visualization Tools. An awesome video to watch while having coffee first thing in the morning or when you first arrive at work. It can set the tone for the rest of your day. There a ton more inspirational videos like that as well from all different sources. Just type in Law of Attraction in the search box.

Anyway, you get the gist of it. Think of the unusual. Something that tickles your particular fancy and give yourself a ten minute boost period.

Most importantly, do not feel guilty about it or feel as if you are just wasting time. You cannot put your time to better use, than making yourself feel better first - before taking any kind of action from a negative place. You will see a drastic difference in the outcome. (I do recommend however, waiting until the boss steps away for a moment before playing them. I dont know if they will be as understanding about your needed attitude adjustment.)

So, go and make yourself feel better in a quick, cheap and easy way!

Happy Creating!

P.S. Unfortunately I am unable to put the direct links to some of the clips mentioned above because many article directories will not accept the html links. But if you go to my website I have direct links to them listed under Pick Me Up Videos in my Free Fun Section category.

If you would like to view the direct links to the video clips listed above, or read more articles about how to use the Law of Attraction in your life please visit http://www.theveryhappyhuman.com
