The Law of Attraction: Get To The Core of You

The Law of Attraction will bring you what you strongly believe in.

Do you really know who you are? We are each made up of numerous belief patterns that have been instilled in us since we were children. Whether it is through family or environment, it doesn't matter how the patterns were formed, and it doesn't have to have originated from family or environment. It can be as simple as how you happen to perceive something. But no matter where or who your belief patterns come from, it's important to define you within the beliefs that you once thought were yours. We call this Deconstructing the Self.

There are some beliefs that serve you well, for instance the beliefs that don't make you feel bad about yourself or a particular subject. If you have a healthy view on money, feel you deserve money, and it flows steadily to you, then most likely your belief about money is working for you. On the contrary, perhaps you have problems with health or relationships; you may have a belief that is not working for you. You must get to the bottom of that particular belief so that you can deconstruct yourself and discover what is causing the unsteady flow. Once you've done that, you can reconstruct a belief system that truly works well for you. You will fast notice that when you do this, all of your troubles will melt away.

For example: Let's say you are always under the weather. You suffer from sinus allergies and no matter what you do you just can't get them to go away. When you call your mom for the hundredth time to complain, she sympathizes and tells you that ever since you were little you suffered with your allergies and reminds you that she just knew that you would never get over them. You've been hearing this since you were a young child and somehow it comforts you. You happened to remember your cousin faking sickness for attention, and she would get it, and when you were small, you loved the idea of so much attention. So in your perception from long ago, you recalled that being sick results in attention.

Now, fast forward adulthood. Without being aware of it, you very possibly have trained your subconscious to get sick to get attention. You even, after all these years, are able to grab Mom's full attention because you are sick. But is this how you want attention? By figuring out where and what your beliefs currently are, you can let past methods go and then figure out what it is you really want to believe. In this case, you would say to yourself: "I am healthy and well. I can enjoy attention in other ways. I don't have to be sick to get attention." This is reconstructing a new belief.

It may feel awkward to even think that believing another way is even possible, but obviously the old belief wasn't working for you or you wouldn't be seeking the Law of Attraction. Once you get to the bottom of your core beliefs, and why they are there, followed by reconstructing a belief that feels right and works for you, you will begin to obtain what you desire. In the case of the example above, it would be health, but the method works for correcting any other life challenge you may be facing.

Truly, this method can work for any part of your life; health, relationship, money, career, and anything else you can think of, big or small. Examine the old belief that is stopping you from getting what you want out of life. Put together a new belief system that works for you because, as we all know, with the Law of Attraction everything is possible by feeling, thinking, and focusing on what you desire. By changing your old beliefs into new ones that actually work for you, you will have jumped the major hurdle that has likely been holding you back.

Focus on what you want, not on what you don't want, and break down the doors of your old negative thought patterns. Build your own pattern of positive beliefs; you'll be glad you did through the Law of Attraction.

The Law of Attraction and Your Subconscious Mind

How would you feel if you had someone you could tell your deepest most heartfelt desires to and, like a fairy godmother, could make all those dreams come true? Well, you have a fairy godmother right inside of you. It is your subconscious mind.

Your subconscious mind doesn’t think about what is right or wrong or what is bad or good. It just acts upon what you tell it. It figures out how to get whatever it is that you ask. So why doesn't everything you ask for come true? Because along the way, you change your mind. You may not realize it, but there are times you will make contradictory remarks about your own desires. It can happen and you don't even know it.

I remember a time, before I was a Law of Attraction practitioner, when I would tell myself that food wasn't bad for me. I would eat foods I thought were good for me and felt good about myself for eating them. "I am doing so good. I am eating what I should and I feel so good." Then I would see the box of cookies sitting on the counter. I would beat myself up for even thinking about smelling them. I would tell myself 'how bad' I was for even thinking of eating one. Do you see where the contradictory remarks came in? I didn't notice it at the time, but now that I am an avid LOAer, I see it. How can we tell our subconscious one thing and then send it a completely opposite thought and feeling? And how can we expect it to give us what we want, when we say one thing and arrive at something that contradicts what we want? The subconscious doesn't act upon what is wrong or right, it just acts upon what you are thinking.

Here's another one. You go through your whole visualization of all the money you have, how you are spending it, and how wonderful it is not to worry about money anymore. You come out of your imaging session, and the second you go to the mailbox, you are greeted with a pile of bills and say to yourself, "I'm never going to get out of debt." Here you sat with your subconscious mind, painting a beautiful picture for it to act upon, and then you turned around and affirmed how you will never get out of debt.

This kind of thinking causes your desires to slow down. Granted positive thinking has much more power than any negative thinking, but it could be compared to taking three steps forward and two steps back.

Your subconscious is like your fairy godmother. You just tell it what to do, and it will get to work. The subconscious works really well with repetition. When you give it an image over and over again, it acts upon getting you that image. When you write down what it is you prefer every night, five times if you like, this gets embedded into the subconscious and it does as you command. Many great people have known this and they made their lives from this philosophy. If you tell it that it is taking too long, then it will act upon taking too long.

Impatience is one of the obstacles that can slow your desire coming to you. Impatience creates more impatient situations for you. If you can think and feel clearly about exactly what it is you desire, then tell your subconscious, even if you have to stand in front of the mirror so that you can tell someone directly, to get to work and then leave it be.


My personal method is to write down what I desire. This has worked for me for many years. I get focused and clear and I write down my desires four or five times every night. This is my personal form of visualization. Once I have written them down, I tell my subconscious to get on it, there is not a moment to waste, and I thank my subconscious for being good to me. I send it out to the Universe and then that is that. I let the Universe take care of the how and I just concentrate on how happy I am now and how happy I am for obtaining what I desire. Then I take joy in my life and expect my desire is taken care of.

Just know that you are being taken care of and you will be. And always remember to thank your fairy godmother.

The Law of Attraction and When Bad Things Happen

Do successful Law of Attraction practitioners have bad days? Of course they do, but they know the truth of what a bad day means to them and how to handle one.

Everything that happens in your life is all through your perception. What you consider as a hard or bad day may not be a hard day to someone else. The perception is coming from you personally. But there are some situations that can be hard for everyone. For example: losing a loved one or learning that someone is in poor health. Can these situations be changed so that you don't have a hard day and so the involved individual will be well, or not pass on? The situations that are mentioned above involve other people. And when you have other people involved, they are creating their own lives through the Law of Attraction.

How do you handle it when something bad intrudes in your life, and how do you continue to use the Law of Attraction? Get through it with a perception of understanding..

We know our exit date before we arrive on Earth. We already know when we will pass on. This is part of being a creator and returning to where we came after having this grand experience called life. When you cross the path of someone passing, by knowing that this person picked this date and chose the how helps with the understanding of "why." Yes, you will miss that person but you understand he had to go home just like we will one day. Does it mean you won't miss them or grieve? Absolutely not. It just helps
with the sad feelings when you understand. You will miss them and you will grieve, but do your best to think of the wonderful times with your loved one instead of the pain caused by their leaving. By doing this, you will be better able to maintain what attracts to you, and will understand this natural event.

It would be great if we could step in and create someone else's world; one where they don't get ill. But by doing so, we would be encroaching upon the world that is there for them, and them alone, to create. Again, by understanding how the Law of Attraction works, it makes it easier to look at the seemingly bad days, especially when they involve other people, and put it into perspective.

Now what if you just can't avoid one of those days? Nothing as severe as health or death, but just one of those days that makes you feel like the world caved in.

Your todays are a result of what you were feeling and thinking from the past, just like your todays are creating your future days. Knowing this makes you want to feel good all the time so that you can have a carefree life in your future. It's important to know that you most likely didn't intentionally create a hard day; you may have had many hard days that created the feelings and thoughts that caused your today.

How do you stop this vicious cycle? Just by knowing you can change your future days. When you know that you are having a hard day and you have a choice whether to ride it through with ease or live through it with struggle, then you are intentionally creating that day. So even if a day starts a bit rough, flip into a better space so that you will enjoy days of ease.

When you have that hard day, remember two things: Number One: Ride through the day with balance. If no decisions get made on that day, it's okay, just ride the day with ease. Number Two: Instead of just letting the day take you over and unintentionally creating even more hard days ahead, just let the day be good through your eyes and intentionally create a day that finishes wonderfully.

We all have those days, but by understanding how it happens and by letting the rest of the day pass by with ease, your hard days will number less and less through the Law of Attraction.

Law of Attraction and A Healthier You

Have you ever wondered what it would be like if you didn't have be concerned about your weight or your health? Just imagine it. You could eat as many potato chips as you wanted and your weight and health wouldn't be affected, no matter what you do. There would be no concerns about heart attacks or acid reflux disease. What if you just knew, without a doubt, that you would never get cancer. Can you imagine how you would feel not having to be concerned about any of these health problems?

What if we were to tell you that it is possible through the Law of Attraction?

As human beings, we are programmed to survive. Each generation of family confronts and lives in a different kind of environment. Back in the old days most people lived a rural life. They had to survive in the coldest of winters, before there was electricity or toilets, but their home life was much simpler and health and mental issues weren't as pervasive. Nowadays, we live in a world that is much different, and in some ways more difficult to survive in. While we have heaters, lights, and modern day bathrooms, we are dealing with so much more mental stress and that is taxing on our bodies. The mental stress that a lot of people are under these days, can cause health issues. We have so many more people with diabetes and high blood pressure; more than we have ever seen.

What is happening to our society and how can we change these health problems?

Relieving mental stress is a good place to start, and is just as important as physical exercise. When you relieve that stress, you go into a calmer state and then the Law of Attraction takes over, ensuring that you have calmer times ahead.

Many people work over forty hours a week and return home exhausted and worried. This kind of pressure is hard on the body and the mind as well. So how can we change this without the many medications that are actually doing nothing more than masking the core problem? By teaching others how to use the Law of Attraction as a way to help ease pain and stress.

This sounds like an easy fix, and it can be, but most people can't accept that just changing their way of thinking and focusing can change their overall mental and physical health.

When you concentrate on how hard you feel your life is, you emit feelings that are extremely strong. These feelings create more situations that attract back to you. As these feelings build, day after day, they manifest into a recurring pattern that you may manifest within your body, possibly in the form of illness or disease.

How can you help ease your stress?

Take some time to think about what you want out of life and what you are thankful for. Watch a funny movie. Walk to the park. Play with your puppy. Meditate. Use as many 'feel good' moments as you can, but most of all be grateful for what you have in life. Even if it is something small, start there. Grateful feelings will lift your mind's vibration and even if it is just a little bit, it is good for your body.

Being a healthier you doesn't always mean running laps. Being a healthier you includes thinking about your mental health and reducing your stress level. Through the Law of Attraction, you can obtain anything you desire and that includes better health and less stress. Make a conscious effect to 'feel' good. Even when you are under stress, tell yourself to let it go and let the Universe take care of whatever the issue is that is causing your stress. By just letting it go, you are telling the Universe that you trust it to take care of the situation. You no longer have to worry about it. And you'll find when you 'let go' you will have more energy and a healthier outlook on your life.

Keep your eyes on the calmer, serene life and let go of your stress.

Playing Your Part Within The Law of Attraction

Are you playing the part you want to play in your life with the Law of Attraction? Are you living your life exactly as you have envisioned it to be? If the answer is yes, then you have mastered the Law of Attraction but if your answer is no, you are like many others who feel like they fall short of getting what they want out of life.

Imagine that you are a director that has just cast all the parts of an incredible play. You have selected every person exactly as the script reads. There is a town millionaire, there is the town clown, there is the depressed housewife, and the philandering husband. Each part was cast by you.

Now let's look at this through the lens of the Law of Attraction. Your world is the stage, complete with the props, and you have cast you as one of the actors in the play. Which part did you cast for yourself? Are you the depressed housewife or the town millionaire, and are you playing your part to the fullest? This is how the Law of Attraction works.

Inside of you is a you that is continually connected to the Universe and every human being on this Earth. The you is eternal and observes all that the physical does. You pick the role you play in your life, and you direct where your character is headed. Have you picked the role that you really want to live? If you haven't, change your role. Play the part that you want to play. And just as important, choose the characters who are in your play. They are the ones who surround you in your life, so pick carefully. If you want them to be a lead in your play, then put more focus to them but if you don't want them to be part of your life-play, lessen the focus on that person. It really is up to you how your play turns out. You can change the props, and you can change the stage (and the players!).

Wouldn't it be hard to watch a play where the director has no idea what is going on and the props are all mixed up and you didn't know what character to play? This is what happens when you practice the Law of Attraction unintentionally. You are letting the play run without any direction.

Run your play efficiently. Create the character you want to play and play it the best that you know how through your thoughts and feelings. Put the best cast together and find the perfect surroundings (stage) for you. When you have a beautifully put together show, replay it over and over again.

If you don't like the role you are playing, change it. You have the choice to make someone in your life either an extra in your play or a lead role. It is up to you and the focus you put toward that particular person.

You have every tool you need to play the role of your dreams through the Law of Attraction. Start directing and acting your own show. Don't let others do it for you because then it won't be your play anymore and you become merely a player in someone else's play, and an extra in your own.

Play your part, as you want it, through the Law of Attraction. Bravo!
