I will be talking more about the Laws of Leadership in Network Marketing. Since I believe that everything rises and falls on leadership, I will be digging into more detail on showing you how to become a true visionary leader.
Law 1 ? The Leader must have a dream larger than those he/she leads.
The greatest error of most people in Network Marketing is that they cannot envision the scope of the business they?re in. More millionaires have come out of the Network Marketing industry in the last 10 years than any other industry in the world. This industry provides an unparalleled opportunity to make average people, regardless of their age, race, sex or experience incredibly wealthy.
Your downline will always be looking upline for visionary leadership. Big dreamers inspire others to dream. Learn to communicate you dreams and goals and learn the power of Emotional Intelligence ? the ability to transfer emotion to your downline.
Visionary leaders establish themselves as forward thinkers. They look at what does not exist right now and they see it already existing! The size of your dream will always affect the amount of effort you are willing to put in. Your downline wants to know that you are thinking bigger so that their financial goals will coincide with yours.
Law 2 ? The Leader must have an attitude superior to those he/she leads.
Attitude control is a constant battle. Leaders feed themselves continuously with powerful thoughts and act in an upbeat manner at all times. A leader must always be ?up?. The true leader is one that sees the solution and does not focus on the problems. Positive information is gained from reading books on personal development and listening to positive thinking tapes. Positive attitudes are contagious just as negative ones are.
Remember that negative spreads faster than positive so careful not to show any negativity. One critical statement about the company, upline, or the products by a leader can weaken and even destroy organizations.
Law 3 ? The Leader takes responsibility and is first to admit when he/she has made a mistake. There is nothing more damaging to an organization than a leader who is ?always right?. Leaders should always understand that they are responsible for the things that go wrong in the growth of the organization, regardless of the actual responsibility. The leader sees the danger in placing blame on others and takes it himself or herself to be the lightening rod for criticism.
Law 4 ? The Leader is a decision maker. Nothing is more demoralizing than indecisive leadership. Someone once said a leader is concerned with doing the right thing while a manager concerns themselves with doing things right. Not all of your decisions will be correct but as long as you?re making them and making them with the right reasons in mind, you?ll learn to make right decisions more often. Your decisions will get better as you gain experience. Strive for excellence not perfection.
Law 5 ? The Leader puts those he/she leads first. A leader understands that by putting others before yourself, you gain trust and confidence from your downline. When your group knows that you?re looking out for them and have their best interests at heart, they will work harder for the simple fact that they know you want them to succeed!
Here?s an inspiring story of leadership:During the Civil War, Ulysses S. Grant was surveying the condition of his battered troops one day when he saw one of his soldiers who had no boots. General Grant said ?Soldier where are your boots?? ?I have none sir.? came the reply. Grant got down from his horse, took off his boots and gave them to the soldier. As he was riding off he said to the soldier, ?As long as I have a pair of boots no man in my army will go without them?.
Putting those you lead first always results in a confident more aggressive organization. The MARINES call it ?Esprit de Corps?. It?s called compassionate leadership. It always works. Zig Ziglar says it best ? "If you help enough other people get what they want, you?ll always get what you want."

Achieving Your Law Of Attraction Goals With Ease
You watch your every thought and you watch your every feeling. You have become a robotron. You watch every word you say and every word everyone else says. You are deconstructing your repetitive mental patterns every night and you visualize three times a day because more is better, right?
Every time someone says something to you, you filter it through the Law of Attraction Mind Grinder and either give LOA advice or allow. Don't forget to allow. You meditate every night and sit quietly with control as you connect to your Core Being and wait for insights. Does this sound like someone enjoying his or her life? Are you working too hard to achieve your goals in life? This is a good question to ask yourself because it is supposed to be easy and serene and sometimes we can overdo it, thinking it will come that much faster.
Controlling and micro managing the Universe are two of the top issues that many attempt when applying the Law of Attraction. They either go way over the top (like the above scenario) or limit the Universe by figuring out in advance just 'how' the Universe will bring their desires.
Remember to practice the Law of Attraction with ease.
Let go, and if you don't have the time to visualize for a day, relax and do it tomorrow, the key word being 'relaxed'. Part of the balance of applying the Law of Attraction is to be relaxed and unattached to your desire. Sure, that desire seems pretty important. But when the desire becomes your end all, be all, you have officially become attached. Attachment is control, micro managing, and trying to limit the Universe. The Universe can take care of your desires, but not if you've become so attached to wanting them that you, in effect, create resistance.
Create your vision, visualize, and when it is thought about, think of it with the joy of having it, and then LET IT GO so that the Universe can do its job with ease. When you begin to hold your desire tight within you, let it go and know the Universe is taking care of it. You don't have to be methodical about every little visualization or every little thought and feeling, because that would drive you buggy. Imagine what the Universe would think!
Be a kind person, enjoy life, give your desire over to the Universe, and enjoy the ride and see what happens. We are here to create, so enjoy the process and leave the rest up to the Universe.

Opt-out Med Pay Now Law In Colorado
Governor Bill Ritter signed Senate Bill 011 into law earlier this month giving Colorado motorists access to a valuable avenue for paying for medical expenses in the event they are injured in an auto accident.
In the past four years since the legislature repealed the No-Fault Act (which previously required that you purchase medical insurance to cover your accident-related medical expenses) accident victims have found out all too late that they are unable to get medical treatment that they need after an accident.
Under the new law (now codified as C.R.S. Sec. 10-4-635, et. seq.) auto insurance companies must now offer $5,000 of medical payments ("med-pay") coverage to Colorado policyholders. This is an optional coverage which can be declined by those who do not want such coverage. It will not raise everyone's insurance premiums as insurance industry lobbyists have threatened.
However, most Colorado motorists would benefit from having this additional coverage added as a part of their auto insurance policies in some degree. The following guidelines should help you in determining how much Medical Payments coverage you should choose under your policy:
1. Motorists who do not have a separate health insurance policy in effect: If you do not currently have health insurance this auto med-pay coverage may be the only way you would be able to pay for your medical care after an auto accident - even if the accident was not your fault. Most doctors and medical providers will not see a patient if they do not have insurance unless it is a life or death emergency. If you are not covered by health insurance you absolutely should purchase med-pay coverage under your auto policy. In fact, I recommend that you purchase as much coverage as your auto carrier allows.
2. Drivers With Health Insurance That Excludes Coverage For Auto Accidents: In the last few years, health insurance companies have started to limit their responsibility for paying for accident-related medical care by excluding such coverage from their policy. This means that you will have to pay for accident related medical care out of your own pocket. Unfortunately, many people do not find out that they have such a policy until it is too late and they have already been injured in an accident. It is very important for you to read your policy and see if there is such an exclusion included. If so, you also need to purchase as much auto med-pay as possible.
3. Drivers With Large Deductible Health Insurance: Anyone whose health insurance does not step in and pay benefits until a high deductible threshold has been met should secure med-pay coverage to cover the out-of-pocket expenses or deductibles not paid by their health policy. For instance, many catastrophic health policies will not pay any of the first $10,000.00 in medical expenses incurred in an accident. These drivers should purchase enough coverage to cover this gap.
4. Drivers Whose Health Policies Limit Physical Therapy Coverage: Many group policies in Colorado limit the number of therapy visits that an insured can have for any one condition in a policy year. If your policy only allows 20 physical therapy visits each year, it may be helpful to have a small amount of med-pay coverage to ensure that additional therapy visits will not have to be paid out-of-pocket.
5. Drivers Who Want Zero Out-of-Pocket Liability: Even if you have a good health insurance policy with low deductibles - you can spend hundreds of dollars meeting your deductible or in co-pays. This new coverage will make sure that this gap in coverage is closed for those who elect to purchase med-pay coverage.
