Brian Tracy Goals: The Law Of Forced Efficiency

3. Are there certain things that only you can do that when done right make a significant difference to your organization?
4. What can you work on right now, in this moment, that will make the greatest impact?
The answers to each of these questions will tell you exactly what you need to work on at the moment. You should be focusing on these tasks all day long.
Remember to get input from your boss. He has the best understanding and insight into what he thinks you can contribute most to right now.
Where to Go From Here
1. Figure out what you need to do today.
2. Ask the Four Great Questions about each of the items on your list.
3. Start work on your most important task, right away, and don't stop until it is 100% complete.
