How Do You Use The Law Of Attraction To Overcome Any Hurdles?

I am writing this article after spending the previous two hours with my son trying to get our desktop computer to work. This particular computer is very important since it has all of my emails prior to me buying a notebook computer. How can I solve this hurdle by using the Law of Attraction?

Have any of you ever had computer problems? In our case, the computer boots up normally and then gets to the Windows XP startup menu, you see the little boxes zoom across the screen and then that is it. The computer restarts and repeats the process again. In my opinion nothing is more frustrating than a computer that for no apparent reason refuses to work.

You might ask, what did we do? We took action and set out a plan of action:

We took the side off of the computer and wiped the inside of the machine
Next we removed the RAM and any other cards, wiped them and reseated them on the motherboard
We booted the computer and the problem repeated itself
Now we looked at the software and reset the BIOS to its default settings
Again, no luck. There was only one option and that was to use the Windows XP CD and try to perform a repair
That is what we are currently in the process of completing (we are not sure whether it will write over the emails). It is a calculated risk
It is now several hours since I started this article and the repair process has worked and I can now access my emails. Success
This might appear to have absolutely nothing to do with overcoming hurdles or using the Law of Attraction, but you would be wrong on both accounts. I could have given up on the computer but instead I developed a plan, took action, followed the plan and then took a calculated risk to get the result I wanted. During that time I never lost focus on my primary goal and that was to restart the computer and access my emails.

Life is exactly the same:

Set your goals
Make a plan of attack
Work through each step of your plan
Take calculated risks if required to move you closer to your goal
Never ever lose focus on your goals
Lets consider the scenario that you want to leave your full time job and work on the Internet selling eBooks that you will write. That is an ambitious goal especially if you do not have a lot of knowledge regarding the Internet. Lets look at how we could overcome these hurdles and use the Law of Attraction to create your goals:

1. Set your goals - It is very important that you set your goals correctly, otherwise they will stay out of your reach. “I will sell eBooks on the Internet” - this is the wrong way of stating a goal because it is always out of your reach. “I have sold my first eBook on the Internet” - this is the correct way of stating a goal because you are placing the thought into your subconscious mind that you have already been successful.

2. Make a plan of attack - How are you going to create your first eBook? You might consider writing your first book on a topic that you know a lot about and love. Next, get a digital recorder and record everything you know on the subject. Get the recording transcribed. Add some structure in the form of chapters. Clean up the chapters and send to an editor. Get a cover designed and an index page created, both of which will be outsourced.

3. Work through each step of your plan - Now obviously there are many other steps and much more detail that needs to be included, but by creating a plan you know where you are going and can tick off each step as it is achieved.

I find that it is quite often easy to become overwhelmed with a project like this because of its sheer magnitude. It is much easier to develop a plan like we have done and break the project up into much smaller achievable steps. If you have not had much luck achieving goals in the past then it is essential that you undertake this process because the achievement of small goals will really boost your confidence.

4. Take calculated risks if required to move you closer to your goals - Sometimes you need to bite the preverbial bullet and take a risk to move you closer to your goal. If you have a unwaivering focus and belief on your end goal then a calculated risk can be a good way to fast track your success. It might mean that you leave your job before you have completed your project and live off your savings. This is a financial risk, but it does give you time to devote yourself entirely to the project.

5. Never ever lose focus on your goal - this is the final step, but the most important. You must keep sight of your goal regardless of any hiccups that may arise throughout the process. If you have focus on your goal then your mind will find a way through or a way aound any problem that may be encountered.

History has the perfect example in Thomas Edison to show how the Law of Attraction can overcome any hurdles. Edison had a plan and a very clear outcome. He would test every conceivable material until he reached his goal of creating the light globe. Edison’s focus was so unwaivering that each hiccup was considered a positive because he now knew a material that did not work and could discard it. His focus was so strong that the Law of Attraction worked with the universe to attract what he was seeking. Edison is an unrivalled historical figure, but you can be exactly the same as him and create the same degree of success if you follow the steps set out in this article.

Law of Attraction Action Step

For anything that you want to achieve follow the five steps shown above. Remember that you must be incredibly specific in terms of your goals and you must never lose focus of that goal regardless of what problems you might encounter along the journey.
